I have been in the travel industry as a Leisure and corporate travel  consultant since 1998 and worked for a  top International Travel company. West Beach Travel was born out of love for travel in 2004. From skiing down the slopes of the Austrian Alps , trekking through the Incas in Peru to lazing on the most gorgeous beaches and islands across the globe , I have  travelled  to 35 + countries and am ready to share my  knowledge with attention to detail at competitive prices . 4.Circadian traveller – highly specialised wellness retreats around the world are offering programmes combining holistic treatments and expert sleep tips to address sleep disorders.
5.Re-wilding – retreats focus on re-wilding the human body through immersive wildlife experiences in breath-taking locations.
6.sound and spirit seekers – using sound for healing and transformation, music aids meditation and raising spiritual, healing energies.
